Driver - Mystery Grey Traffic Car in Screen Position Screenshot?

If you look to the left of the player car, you can see a miami traffic car with a colour scheme that has never been seen in-game. Even the earliest build of the driver demo didn't feature this car with this colour.

Does anyone think that this should be considered beta, or could it be colour filter that is making the car look grey?
